Gary brings the most experience to the GS Courtyard team. He has been involved in the manufactured housing industry for 20+ years. He started in Bloomington around 1984 where he climbed the ladder becoming one of the top sales managers in Indiana. He worked at multiple home dealerships and brought struggling sales lots back to the top. He’s worked on every side of the manufactured housing business before the downturn came in 2006, where he then went to work for Steve’s Roofing. After 10+ years working for Steve’s he was asked to re-enter the manufactured home business. Along with his extensive career, he’s a talented musician, both singing and playing the saxophone for over 50 years. He is the general manager at GS Courtyard Homes and oversees all operations.
Griffin is the third generation Schermer emerging into the manufactured housing industry. He recently graduated from Wabash College with a degree in psychology and business. He also wrestled four years at Wabash College, and was a varsity wrestler three out of the four years. The three years he wrestled varsity his team finished with All-American status finishing top four as a team his senior year. He wrestled for a total of 18 years and was a multiple-time state placer in high school. He has been singing his entire life and has been in over a dozen musical productions. In college, he interned at a dealership in Kentucky where he worked with sales, foundations, set-up, delivery, and service. He oversees the project management, accounting, and sales at GS Courtyard Homes.
Starting in October of 2020 Noah was added to the GS Courtyard Homes sales team. Prior to working here, Noah studied Journalism at Vincennes University, where he graduated in 2019 with an Associates Degree. Shortly after graduating, he began working for a newspaper in Seymour, Indiana where he covered crime and local government. Despite studying journalism, Noah always had an interest in the housing industry, leading him to this position. As a lifelong Bedford, IN resident, Noah is ready to help our team bring new housing to Southern Indiana.
